Biography: 

Phillip Justice is Regional Director of Advancementfor Sunrise Children’s Services (formerly known as Kentucky Baptist Homes for Children). A native of Pikeville, Kentucky, Phil has more than 25 years in professional sales. His career began in earnest while living in Evansville, Indiana, where he was a representative with a national printing company. Within three years, he was named the number one representative in the nation.

He was then recruited by Merrill Lynch as a stockbroker and quickly became a top producer. Beginning with absolutely nothing, he became the first stockbroker in Evansville to be included in “Who’s Who in Finance and Industry” and “Who’s Who in America.”

Phil joined Dale Carnegie Training began in Evansville in 2002. In 2003, he decided to open an office in Paducah, Kentucky. During his first year, sales increased 386%, a record for Dale Carnegie. As a graduate of the Carnegie course himself, Phil enjoys invitations to speak at clubs, business meetings and churches.

Phil is the father of two grown sons. Wayne is a fundraiser in Ohio; Ben is in law enforcement in Indiana. He and Lorain reside in Paducah.

He is a graduate of Vincennes University. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling the United States and spending time with his four granddaughters.
